“I did not set out to write books — I set out to understand the invisible threads that bind us all.”
I am an independent author whose work explores philosophical narrative, metaphysical reflection, and symbolic storytelling. My writing is guided not by the pursuit of recognition, but by a sustained search for meaning and interior understanding.
Across dozens of books spanning fiction, reflective prose, allegory, and thematic explorations of human consciousness, I have developed a structured literary framework that I describe as the “Portal Method.” This method unfolds through three progressive levels of engagement:
Level I – Clarity:
Grounded narrative, ethical inquiry, and accessible reflection. Here the reader encounters the story at the surface of language and reason.
Level II – Feeling:
Emotional resonance and psychological depth. The narrative invites introspection, symbolic awareness, and personal identification.
Level III – Mystical Insight:
Metaphysical exploration and contemplative architecture. At this level, the work becomes an interior journey, encouraging readers to question perception, identity, and transcendence.
Projects such as The Celestial Odyssey and related portal-based works embody this layered structure, where narrative becomes both literary expression and reflective instrument.
Earlier in my life, during the 1980s and 1990s, painting formed an important creative phase of my development, with works exhibited in Chicago galleries. Music, particularly classical piano, remains a personal discipline and lifelong hobby that continues to influence my sense of rhythm, harmony, and contemplative structure. While these artistic practices were formative, writing has become the central axis of my creative expression.
Institutional Presence and Bibliographic Record
Selected works of mine are cataloged within international bibliographic systems and library infrastructures, including:
• OCLC WorldCat (global library registry)
• The National Library System of Costa Rica (SINABI)
• Associated regional and digital library networks
Their presence within these systems reflects formal bibliographic registration and long-term preservation within public and institutional cataloging frameworks.
Vision
I view literature as a medium for ethical reflection and interior exploration. For me, storytelling is not merely a creative act; it is a structured vehicle for awakening awareness, cultivating discernment, and contributing to the preservation of cultural thought across generations.
Writing is both vocation and responsibility — a commitment to memory, intellectual continuity, and the enduring human search for meaning.
